Do you like to read books? Do you want to read something that will inspire you?
If so, today is your lucky day! In an interview with Beatrice Anderson, a rising senior at Taylor County High School, she said that one book that inspires her is “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho.
She describes the book as one that “inspires you to find your true self or what you’re passionate about.” You don’t have to worry about the book not being interesting because Beatrice says that “it’s a book that definitely appeals to high school students or any young person.”
Here a few inspirational quotes from the books:
- “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
- “There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.”
- “Why do we have to listen to our hearts?” the boy asked. “Because, wherever your heart is, that is where you will find your treasure.”
So if you’re a bookworm like myself or simply a teen looking for a little inspiration, please try it out! Thank you Beatrice for the recommendation!
